Vehicle attachment

Owners add a vehicle here. It goes live on the rental list only after an admin or manager approves it. Verified customers can be sent as leads, and commission is charged on those trips.

What we record

  • Vehicle details and daily price
  • GPS details, including road and vehicle mount
  • Payment details
  • Insurance details
  • Minor damage and major damage
  • Owner phone number

The vendor home then shows trips, kilometres, amount received, oil and service due dates, live GPS, and renewal alerts for insurance and the pollution certificate.

Agreement terms for mount, GPS, and commission are signed before the first lead is shared.
